How to Log Sales Activities Completed in Other Apps on your Pro Pipe Lines Leads
Automatically log activities on your leads once they have been completed in another app.
This guide illustrates how you can add an activity to your lead once you've sent a Quickbooks invoice.
All you need to set it up are QuickBooks, propipelines.com, and Zapier accounts.

Get Started
Connect your TRIGGER App Account and Set Up the Trigger
Sign into your Zapier account and click on the MAKE A ZAP! button at the very top where you will be directed to a new page:

1. Choose the Trigger App: QuickBooks
2. Choose the Trigger: New Invoice
3. Connect Zapier to your Quickbooks account by authorizing Intuit to securely share your data with Zapier
4. Test this step by creating a new invoice in Quickbooks Online from your propipelines.com account
Connect your ACTION App Account and Set Up the Action
1. Choose an Action App: propipelines.com
2. Choose an Action: Log an Activity
3. Connect Zapier to your propipelines.com account if you haven’t already by

4. Begin to set up your template by clicking on Add a Search Step to set up the search for propipelines.com lead!
Based on the invoice Zapier retrieved from Quickbooks in the previous step, select the email address of the lead.

5. Test the step and click on the "Add a step" button
Connect your ACTION App Account and Set Up the Second Action
1. Choose an Action App: propipelines.com
2. Choose an Action: Log an Activity
3. Connect Zapier to your propipelines.com account which you've already done in the second step
4. Edit Template to set up your Activity
Based on the list of activities and outcomes you've created in your propipelines.com account, select the activity/outcome desired. In this case, we've created a new activity named "Quickbooks Invoice Sent"

5. Test the step and the Action set up is finished!
